Notification Reliability

Vita Pill Reminder uses Android alarm and notification systems to deliver reminders:

• Notifications may be delayed or blocked by device battery optimization settings
• WiseInovatech recommends disabling battery optimization for reliable reminders
• Reminder delivery is not guaranteed on all devices or OS configurations
• The app is not a substitute for professional medical supervision or advice

Advertisements

Vita Pill Reminder displays ads via Google AdMob (App Open, Banner, and Rewarded ads). By using the app, you acknowledge:

• Ads are served by Google AdMob and governed by Google’s advertising policies
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
• Rewarded ads are always user-initiated — never forced or automatic
• No ads are shown on medication alarm or reminder screens

Intellectual Property

All content within Vita Pill Reminder — app design, UI, Vita owl mascot, notification logic, adherence tracking system, and branding — is the exclusive property of WiseInovatech.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

WiseInovatech shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to conversion results
• Damages from app downtime, bugs, or technical issues
• Actions taken based on currency rates or conversion outputs

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
