Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RetireRight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the app.

By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use immediately.

App Usage

RetireRight is provided for personal, non-commercial use only as a retirement planning and financial projection tool. By using this app, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with app functionality
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the app
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
• Copying, modifying, or distributing the app or its content
• Reselling or sublicensing the app to any third party
• Using the app to develop a competing product
• Removing or altering any copyright or proprietary notices

Data & Calculation Accuracy

RetireRight performs on-device financial calculations and stochastic (Monte Carlo) simulations:

• Projections rely on the inputs, assumptions, and rates of return you provide
• Monte Carlo simulations model a range of possible outcomes and do not predict actual future market performance
• Results may vary if you change your inputs and assumptions, or if actual market conditions differ from those modeled
• WiseInovatech makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculation for your specific financial situation

Advertisements

RetireRight displays ads via Google AdMob (App Open, Interstitial, Banner, and Rewarded ads). By using the app, you acknowledge:

• Ads are served by Google AdMob and governed by Google’s advertising policies
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
• Rewarded ads are always user-initiated — never forced or automatic
• No ads are shown on Wizard input screens, Settings, or other data-entry screens

Intellectual Property

All content within RetireRight — app design, UI, calculation engines, Monte Carlo simulation methodology, PDF report design, and branding — is the exclusive property of WiseInovatech.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

WiseInovatech shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to financial decisions made using calculation results
• Damages from app downtime, bugs, or technical issues
• Actions taken based on retirement projections, Monte Carlo simulations, or calculation outputs

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

WiseInovatech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of RetireRight after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
